  • Rates verbally quoted are subject to change without notice.  (Rates are firm on receipt of your deposit.)

  • Additional charges apply for additional guests above those requested at time of registration. Usually, $25.00 per person, per night.

    RESERVATION DEPOSITS: 
     
    Properties and dates will only be reserved (held for you) once a deposit is actually received by us. For reservations of 1 month or less, the full amount due must be paid prior to occupancy. 
     
     
    CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY: 
     
    If you cancel, a refund of  the rental deposits will only be made if we are able to re-rent the property for the dates  you previously reserved at the same rate.  We will do our best to re-rent if you must cancel, however we can not assure success. 
     
     
    SECURITY DEPOSITS: 
     
    Security deposits are required with each rental agreement.  All such deposits are fully refundable, within 10 days of departure, provided the property is left in the same condition as found on your arrival date.  Any evidence of smoking, pets, or fireworks on the property is grounds for immediate termination of the lease and makes the deposit non-refundable. 
     
     
    RESTRICTIONS: 
     
  • NO SMOKING ............. AT ANY TIME 
  • NO PETS..................... PERMITTED AT ANY TIME 
  • NO FIREWORKS .........AT ANY TIME 
  • NO FIRES ...................OUTSIDE AT ANY TIME

    Failure to comply with the above restrictions will be grounds for immediate termination of rental agreement and makes the seucrity deposit non refundable.
